Rasa – In a meeting with Ján Kubiš, the visiting UN Special Representative for Iraq, Ayatollah Makarem-Shirazi stated: “Repairing the devastation and destruction caused by ISIL and the situation facing refugees and will take decades and the UN should focus on this issue.”
