As hundreds of Muslims prayed inside the Evergreen Islamic Center Friday afternoon, dozens of community members stood outside, holding signs that read, “Muslims make San Jose better,” “Embrace diversity” and “Love trumps hate,” in a grassroots show of solidarity.
